A Contemplative Approach to Your Cancer Journey
Experience meditation and mindfulness as a supportive life practice.
Sessions include breath work, Community discussion and meditation.

 

  • Breath as an entryway.  Learn breath techniques to anchor your mind and butt to the cushion.
  • Experience that meditation begins when your mind begins to saunter away.
  • Bask in the fear as well as meaningful.  Get familiar with the unknown.
  • Learn how to whisk away unsettledness.
  • Last session of the month: Breathe, Relax & Release.  Body Scan.
