Sessions include breath work, Community discussion and meditation.
- Breath as an entryway. Learn breath techniques to anchor your mind and butt to the cushion.
- Experience that meditation begins when your mind begins to saunter away.
- Bask in the fear as well as meaningful. Get familiar with the unknown.
- Learn how to whisk away unsettledness.
- Last session of the month: Breathe, Relax & Release. Body Scan.
