HeArt Heals
Last night I was at Growspring Healing and Creative Arts gallery with my muse and creative partner Havi Brysk Mandell. We were having a discussion about our process. It’s emotional for me. I looked at my art and the layers of healing contained on each canvas. Layers and layers of HeArt.
People ask me all of the time how I did it. I always say how I am doing it. Because life is a series of breaths we call living. I have lived my spiritual life through cancer as I have lived it before cancer. Art was a spiritual blessing. It emerged through me on September 26, 2012. No lessons. I was at an art experience Havi was facilitating. I was fascinated what flowed through. Art has allowed me to express myself and bring out emotions I did know I was feelings and I tell stories through color and texture. I speak onto the canvas my brushstrokes speak the often unspeakable.
Last nights two hearts who know this way of insight and healing came together. I am so grateful to have a muse, my art, in my life that has allowed me to express my healing and allowed the worry, fear, and cancer to be express externally so that I healed internally

Healing is a regenerative process. I have expressed my HeArt and faced some of the shadows in a very intimate dance through canvas, brushes, paint and an innate flow of Spirit. Here in this very vivid landscape there is no right or no wrong, there is only my HeArt. A raw, real expression of my truth.
